The family of the guitarist Bernie Marsden, known for his work with Whitesnake, Cozy Powell and more, announced that the musician passed away at the of 72. Quickly, many Rock stars reacted to his passing paying tribute on their social networks.

Marsden’s family said: “On behalf of his family, it is with deep sadness we announce the death of Bernie Marsden. Bernie died peacefully on Thursday evening with his wife, Fran, and daughters, Charlotte and Olivia, by his side. Bernie never lost his passion for music, writing and recording new songs until the end.”
