AC/DC’s guitarist Stevie Young was hospitalized in Buenos Aires

AC/DC is currently touring South America, and after playing many shows in Brazil and Chile, they now have scheduled dates in Argentina. The rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, who replaced his uncle Malcolm in the band, was hospitalized.

According to Reuters, a spokesperson said: “Out of an abundance of caution, he was admitted to a local hospital, where he is undergoing a full battery of tests. Stevie is doing well and is in good spirits. He is looking forward to getting onstage on Monday.” AC/DC has three shows scheduled in Argentina, with the first one set for March 23.

These days the band is formed by Angus Young (Lead guitar), Brian Johnson (Vocals), Stevie Young (Rhythm guitar), Matt Laug (Drums) and Chris Chaney (Bass).
