The Damned announce 2023 tour dates
The classic British Punk band The Damned announced new 2023 tour dates for the United Kingdom. The shows will happen from March to April and will have The Nightingales as the opening act.

The Damned is currently formed by the original member Dave Vanian (Vocals), Captain Sensible (Guitar), Paul Gray (Guitar, bass), Monty Oxymoron (Keyboards) and Will Taylor (Drums).

The Damned was formed in London, England back in 1976 and became one of the most famous Punk groups from that era, also moving towards Gothic Rock in the 80s. Some of their most famous albums are “Damned Damned Damned” (1977), “Music for Pleasure” (1977), “Machine Gun Etiquette” (1979) and “Phantasmagoria” (1985).
In the 70s and 80s some of their hits were “Neat Neat Neat”, “New Rose”, “Life Goes On”, “Alone Again Or” and “Smash It Up – Parts 1 & 2”.
Since 1977 they have released 11 studio albums. Their most recent one was “Evil Spirits”, released in 2018
