Tommy Lee wants restraining order against his own son

According to TMZ, Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee said he was seeking a restraining order against his son, Brandon, 21. The 55-year-old musician claims to have been beaten by the boy last Monday (5) – the young man confirms the story, although he says he acted in “self-defense” and that Lee was drunk at the time of the attack.

As TMZ learned from sources close to the family, Tommy Lee was previously willing to withdraw his complaint against Brandon if the boy apologize to his father. However, after his son made a statement to the press alleging that he assaulted his father because he was drunk, Lee would have gone back and said that not only will he keep the complaint, but also want to get a restraining order that avoids the approach of Brandon to him and to his residence.

Tommy Lee himself was responsible for reporting the assault, on Tuesday night (6), via Instagram. In a photo posted on the social network, Lee appears with swollen lips and bloodstains. “My heart is broken. You give your children everything they want in their entire lives and they can still turn against you,” Lee said in the posting, which has already been deleted.
