The Pretenders releases new song “A Love”

The Pretenders released “A Love”, the new single of their upcoming album “Relentless” that will be out next September 1. About the writing process of the new record, the band’s vocalist and guitarist Chrissie Hynde said: “We had developed this method of working remotely, and it seemed like we just kept on doing it for this album. This is something that we’ve honed down to an art in the last few years. [Walbourne] always comes up with something I wouldn’t have thought of myself, and I love surprises.”

The band’s current line-up his formed by the original members Chrissie Hynde (Vocals, guitar and harmonica), Martin Chambers (Drums), Nick Wilkinson (Bass – Since 2005), James Walbourne (Guitar and keyboards – Since 2008) and Eric Heywood (Guitar – Since 2008).
