Squeeze announced 30 tour dates in the United States and Canada, promoting a “British Invasion” on their “Tried, Tested and Trixies” tour, which will also feature Adam Ant, Haircut 100, The English Beat and Leon Tilbrook as opening acts. The shows will take place in August and September.
Squeeze’s current lineup includes original members Glenn Tilbrook (lead guitar, keyboards, vocals) and Chris Difford (rhythm guitar, vocals), who are joined by Stephen Large (keyboards), Simon Hanson (drums), Steve Smith (guitar), Melvin Duffy (pedal and lap steel guitars, dulcimer), Owen Biddle (bass), and Danica Dora (backing vocals, keyboards).
