The singer Robert Plant gave a curious answer when asked in an interview with the Louisville Eccentric Observer, if he have heard Greta Van Fleet. The young band has often been compared to Led Zeppelin due to the way it sounds, especially by their vocalist, Josh Kiszka, that has a similar voice to Robert Plant.

“There’s work for him somewhere, but what about Zepparella?” Robert Plant replied.
“Yes, Louisville, stay tuned to Zepparella, I mean, if I could see they playing again, my God, what a frontwoman,” Plant added, citing Zepparella, a female Zeppelin tribute group.
The band
Zepparella is an all-female American hard rock tribute band founded and formed in 2005 in San Francisco, California by the band’s drummer: Clementine. The current band consists of vocalist Anna Kristina (“Robert Plant”), guitarist Gretchen Menn (“Jimmy Page”), bassist Holly West (“John Paul Jones”) and drummer Clementine (“John Bonham”).
Zepparella released a self-titled 10-song studio album in 2014. and three live albums: . “Live at 19 Broadway” in 2005, “A Pleasing Pounding” on WhatAreRecords? in 2010, and “Live at Sweetwater” in 2016.
The band has produced two videos: “When the Levee Breaks” released in 2010 with over 6 million YouTube views; and “Dazed and Confused” released in 2012 with over 700,000 views.
