Robert Plant and Krauss performs “Rock and Roll” for the the first time
The legendary Led Zeppelin vocalist Robert Plant in 2021 “Raise The Roof”, his second collaborative studio album with American singer Alison Krauss. The two musicians are currently on the road promoting their latest work and for the first time they performed together Zeppelin’s classic song “Rock and Roll”, from the 1971 album “Led Zeppelin IV”. The version was presented with a different arrangement since the band has a violin player and a upright/double bass player too. The performance happened in Canandaigua, New York on June 1st.

During the set they also covered “The Battle Of Evermore” and the Page/Plant song “Please Read The Letter”.
