Mötley Crüe released a new song called “Dogs of War”, their first one with the guitarist John 5, who replaced the original member Mick Mars. The group was working for almost a year already with the producer Bob Rock but they don’t have plans to release an album. As Vince Neil said in an interview with Billboard, they want to keep releasing songs from time to time but not an album. He also revealed that they recorded a cover of The Beastie Boys song “(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party!)”.

“We recorded ‘(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party!)’ by the BEASTIE BOYS and we recorded this song, too, and I thought it turned out pretty good.”
“There’ll definitely be new music out next year, for sure, cause we recorded a couple of other songs, too. Maybe we’ll release one of those by the end of the year, but I can’t say. But we want to keep putting out new music — not, maybe, an album but a few songs here, a few songs there, and that’s good,” Vince Neil said.
To promote the new song, the band released an official music video which shows an animated version of the group facing the craziest situations.
The group’s current line-up has Vince Neil (Vocals), Nikki Sixx (Bass), Tommy Lee (Drums) and John 5 (Guitar).
The band already has many scheduled tour dates for 2024 and they will perform mainly at festivals across the United States.
