On the Event Safety Alliance Reopening Guide, the safety experts said that crowd surfing and moshing will be banned when concerts be allowed to happen again.
The study says about moshing and crowd surfing at concerts:
“A few obvious changes will be necessary whenever GA [general admission] events do reopen. Patrons cannot all stand at the front of the stage like they are accustomed; moshing and crowd-surfing are violations of social distancing per se and must be absolutely prohibited during this pandemic; even hallways and smoking areas where patrons congregate will have to be monitored to enforce health policies.”
California governor said concerts may not return until a vaccine is made
The California governor, Gavin Newsom said that concerts and sport events may not return until a vaccine against Covid-19 is made. The politician talked about the subject in a press conference in April 14. Indicating that there is no specific timeline for modifying restrictions. But, mass gathering events must be the last to go back to normal.
