The original Mötley Crüe guitarist Mick Mars released “Right Side of Wrong”, the second single of his first studio album “Another Side of Mars” which will be out next February 23. The first single released was “Loyal to The Lie” and those two new songs really shows another side of him since they are not really similar to what he was used to do in Mötley Crüe.

On the album the musician had several musicians who helped him like the keyboardist Paul Taylor (Winger, Alice Cooper), singer Jacob Bunton, drummer Ray Luzier (Korn), bassist Chris Collier and singer Brion Gamboa.
Alongside the bassist and lyricisst Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars was the only original member of Mötley Crüe who was part of all the band’s releases. He was part of the Hard Rock band for more than four decades and started a legal battle with his ex-bandmates this year following the announcement of his retirement, due to his battle with ankylosing spondylitis. He wanted to only stop touring and to continue as an official member of the band, what didn’t happen and he was replaced by John 5.
The guitarist was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, United States back in 1951 and is 72.
I'm a Brazilian journalist who always loved Classic Rock and Heavy Metal music. That passion inspired me to create Rock and Roll Garage over 6 years ago. Music has always been a part of my life, helping me through tough times and being a support to celebrate the good ones. When I became a journalist, I knew I wanted to write about my passions. After graduating in journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, I pursued a postgraduate degree in digital communication at the same institution. The studies and experience in the field helped me improve the website and always bring the best of classic rock to the world! MTB: 0021377/MG
