The American band L7 announced its final world tour, called “The Last Hurrah”, and the first shows will take place in Canada, Belgium and United States this year. Formed in Los Angeles in 1985, the band was active until 2001 before reuniting in 2014 and remaining active ever since.
The current lineup features Donita Sparks (vocals and guitar, since 1985), Suzi Gardner (guitar, since 1985), Jennifer Finch (bass, since 1985), and Demetra Plakas (drums, since 1989). “L7 are grateful and humbled to announce The Last Hurrah Tour! For four decades, the band has been getting fans on their feet with their blend of punk ethos, heavy rock, melody, socio-political anthems, and humor. The band is beyond thrilled to connect with their audiences around the world one last time,” the band said.
