Iron Maiden announce their first 2024 tour dates

Iron Maiden toured extensively in 2023 across North America and Europe, but they will pause at least during the first semester of 2024 because Bruce Dickinson will be on the road promoting his new solo album “The Mandrake Project” next April, May and June (so far). But the first dates for the band next year were announced and they are in Australia, New Zealand and Japan, being scheduled for September.

Their most recent album “Senjutsu” was released in 2021 and their current tour is called “The Future Past”, being a mix of new tracks and classic songs. Since 1999, the band’s line-up has Bruce Dickinson (Vocals), Steve Harris (Bass), Nicko McBrain (Drums), Janick Gers (Guitar), Adrian Smith (Guitar) and Dave Murray (Guitar). The concerts Iron Maiden in Australia and New Zealand will have the band Killswitch Engage as their opening act.

  • 28 – Pia Arena MM, Kanagawa, Japan

The band’s founder, bassist and main songwriter Steve Harris talked about the upcoming tour dates, saying: “We’ve really enjoyed playing all the shows on The Future Past Tour this year, and the reaction from our fans has been incredible.”

“Being able to play some of these songs for the very first time has made the tour even more memorable and we can’t wait to continue it next year. We’re all really excited to finally be able to return to Australia, New Zealand and Japan as we know our fans have waited so patiently for us over the past few years. It’s going to be great to get back there, especially with this new show. We promise you all, it’ll be worth the wait!”
