Hear the new Yes song “Turnaround Situation”
Yes released “Turnaround Situation”, the second single of their upcoming album “Aurora”, which will be out next June 12. The band’s current singer Jon Davison talked about the song, saying: “I’ve taken the wrong road before. Most people have. There’s always a temporary thrill in it, but eventually it catches up with you.
“Writing this song was part confession, part redemption. Ultimately, the song is meant to capture that feeling of finally being at peace with yourself, when, by choosing the high road, you stop fighting what you know deep down is right.
“The strange thing is, the right road is usually the harder one,” he concluded. “It demands more from you. But in the end, it gives something back too: clarity, self-respect, and a kind of inner freedom. I think that’s what everyone’s really chasing underneath it all,” he said.

Yes postponed tour due to Steve Howe’s essential surgery
Yes had scheduled tour dates from April to May but had to be postponed for next year so that their guitarist Steve Howe can undergo “an essential operation that needs recovery time”. The exact rescheduled dates will be announced soon.
“The upcoming ‘Fragile’ UK and EU Tour, due to commence on 22nd April, has had to be postponed as guitarist Steve Howe requires an essential operation that requires recovery time. This decision has been made to ensure that Steve can return to the stage in full health and deliver the performances that fans deserve.”
He continued:
“We are working hard to reschedule the UK and EU shows to a later date, with full details to be announced after Easter. Please retain your tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled dates. Tour dates currently being arranged for later in 2026 will proceed as planned. Steve Howe and YES would like to thank their UK fans and hope for their continued support at this time,” the statement said.
58 years after being formed in London, England, Yes continues on the road celebrating their career, with the current line-up led by Steve Howe (Guitar), accompanied by Geoff Downes (Keyboards), Billy Sherwood (Bass), Jon Davison (Vocals) and Jay Schellen (Drums). Their most recent album is “Mirror to the Sky”, released in 2023.
