Hear the new U2 song “Street of Dreams”
U2 released “Street Of Dreams”, the first single of their upcoming studio album, yet to be announced. The record will be their first original in 9 years and is due for release later this year. The videoclip was shot in Mexico City last May at Plaza Santo Domingo drew a huge crowd of fans despite inclement weather, with thunder and rain unexpectedly causing a generator to crash and a local family welcoming the four band members into their apartment to film on the balcony.

U2’s most recent album was “Songs of Surrender”, which consisted in re-recorded and reinterpreted versions of 40 songs from the group’s back catalogue. The latest album of original songs was “Songs of Experience”, released in 2017. The band’s line-up continues the same with Bono (Vocals), The Edge (Guitar), Adam Clayton (Bass) and Larry Mullen Jr. (Drums).
