The band
Jefferson Starship was formed in San Francisco, California in 1974, being a “spin-off” of Jefferson Airplane. Until 1984, they released eight gold or platinum-selling studio albums. That was their most successful era, especially with Grace Slick on vocals. Some of their most famous tracks are “Jane”, “Miracles, “Find Your Way Back”. But during the shows, the band also plays tracks from Jefferson Airplane and Starship, like “Somebody to Love” and “We Built This City”.
