As previously announced, a new album by Jimi Hendrix will be released with thirteen tracks never released before and among them is the unreleased version of “Hear My Train A Comin'” which you can check below.
Both Sides of the Sky will finalize the trilogy of unpublished songs of the guitarist. Valleys of Neptune was released in 2010 and People, Hell and Angels in 2013. The new album will have the same sound engineer as the other two, Eddie Kramer, who has worked on all of Hendrix’s projects since his death.
“Hear My Train A Comin ‘” is the second released track of the disc, being the first a cover of “Mannish Boy” of the Muddy Waters.

The work will be released on March 9 by Sony Legacy Recordings in several formats: CD, digital and a double vinyl of 180 grams.
