Glenn Hughes announce new 2023 solo tour dates
The bassist and singer Glenn Hughes had already announced European tour dates that will celebrate Deep Purple‘s classic album “Burn” (1974) and now he added new concerts for South America. He has scheduled shows for next May, June, July, October and November.

“So happy to announce my return to Latin America. It is always incredible to perform for you, and I can’t wait to see your Smiling emotional faces again,” Glenn Hughes said in an official statement.
Hughes was a member of the British group from 1973 to 1976 and was part of the albums “Burn” (1974), “Stormbringer” (1974) and “Come Taste The Band” (1975). “Celebrating Burn, recorded in 1973. You’ll be able to hear these songs live again on my tour. Exciting times. Can’t wait to see U. Full touring schedule announced soon.

At the time of it’s release, “Burn” peaked at number 3 on the United Kingdom Albums Chart and number 9 on the United States Billboard 200.

Besides being an ex-member of Deep Purple, Hughes was recorded with Black Sabbath, Trapeze, Gary Moore, Geoff Downes, Rata Blanca, Keith Emerson, Joe Satriani, Black Country Communion, The Dead Daises and California Breed.
He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame back in 2016 as a member of Deep Purple. As a solo artist, he released 18 studio albums and 6 live records.
