Cyndi Lauper announces farewell tour at the age of 70
The 70 year-old Pop star Cyndi Lauper, who will celebrate her 71th birthday next June 22, announced that she will retire soon. She announced the “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” farewell tour and the first dates will happen in the United States and Canada this year, from October to December.

Cyndi Lauper started her career in 1977, releasing her debut album “She’s So Unusual” In 1983 and in the following years she became a huge pop star, releasing huge hits like the one that is the name of her farewell tour and other like “Time After Time”, “True Colors” and “All Through The Night”. During her career she released 11 studio albums, the most recent one being “Detour” in 2016.
