Bruce Dickinson joins Billie Joe Armstrong on stage to sing “All the Young Dudes”

Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson joined Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong on stage at San Diego Comic-Con to perform a cover of “All the Young Dudes”, the song written by David Bowie and made famous by Mott the Hoople. The metal singer performed with The Coverups, Armstrong’s side band dedicated exclusively to playing cover songs.

Dickinson was on the road with Iron Maiden until early July and is now enjoying a short break before the band launches its North American tour on August 29. The tour will then continue through Central America, South America, Oceania, and Asia until December. Green Day has no scheduled tour dates this year
