Bon Jovi said in an official statement:

“We’ve teamed up with @rockhall to make this Mother’s Day more special for moms and families across the globe. Tune in Sunday at 7pm ET for a special premiere of the full, uncut footage featuring our induction into the Hall of Fame. You’ll see all speeches and performances in a streaming event on Facebook and Youtube. And bonus: @davidbryanmusic will share a special video greeting to kick off the night’s event. So share a message for your mom using #Message4Mom and David may read it in his welcome.”

Instagram will load in the frontend.

Tour canceled

Bon Jovi decided to cancel the 2020 tour with Bryan Adams due to the coronavirus pandemic, explaining in a statement that he chose to cancel and not postpone the shows so that his fans can get their money back.

The band’s attitude was motivated by the fact that many companies that sell concert tickets refused to refund the value of the delayed shows, offering vouchers as compensation.

“Due to the ongoing global pandemic, it is no longer feasible for Bon Jovi to tour this summer. Given these difficult times, we have made the decision to cancel the tour entirely. This will enable ticket holders to get refunds to help pay their bills or buy groceries. These are trying times.”

“You’ve always been there for us and we’ll always be there for you. We look forward to seeing everyone again on tour when we can all safely be together. We will continue to send out news and updates on Bon Jovi touring in the weeks and months to come.”
