Sharon Osbourne thanks fans for their support since Ozzy’s death

Ozzy Osbourne’s widow and manager Sharon Osbourne thanked the fans for their support since her husband’s passing. The Black Sabbath frontman passed away back in July 22 at the age of 76 just a few weeks after his final show at the Back to the Beginning festival in Birmingham, England.

She said on her social media that she was grateful for the overwhelming love and support, which brought her more comfort than people might think.

“I’m still having trouble finding the words to express how grateful I am for the overwhelming love and support you’ve shown on social media. Your comments, posts, and tributes have brought me more comfort than you know. None of it has gone unnoticed, in fact, it’s carried me through many nights,” she said.

In the video shared on her social media, Sharon said: “Though I’m still finding my footing, I wanted to share some glorious creatures I had the chance to spend an afternoon with. The connection you make with these powerful birds is built entirely on trust and confidence.”

“They’ll choose to perch on you only if they sense you are safe and unafraid of them. It’s a bond I know all too well, and the experience was nothing short of magical. I love you all, and I thank you deeply for the otherworldly amount of love you continue to send my way,” Sharon Osbourne said (Transcribed by Blabbermouth).

Sharon’s father was Don Arden, who was Black Sabbath’s manager for many years. After Ozzy was fired by the Metal band, she convinced him to start a solo career and arranged things so he could record his debut record, which became “Blizzard of Ozz”. They eventually falled in love and got married, having three kids: Aimee, Kelly and Jack.
