George Lynch said about having Richie Faulkner as son-in-law and if they could play together someday:

“I don’t know. Maybe. I’ll have to go out there and spend more time messing around, like guitar players do when they get together. Richie is an awesome player. We are very fortunate to have him in my daughter’s life. My wife and I went out there [to Nashville] when the baby [was born] and stayed there for a little while,”

“I felt bad posting [about the baby’s arrival on social media], because I didn’t want it to be about that. I wanted to focus on my daughter, the baby and my family. I didn’t want to be running off into the studio every five minutes shredding instead of changing diapers. [Laughs]”

“My daughter was raised in a guitar world, and we had her on the road since she was very young. We homeschooled and tutored her. She traveled the world with us and would sit on the side of the stage for shows.”

George Lynch would like to be Judas Priest’s guitarist

Back in March the renowned guitarist for the Dokken and Lynch Mob, expressed his desire to play with Judas Priest.

The guitarist said:

“To this day, I love Priest. I wanted them to call me and hire me. Glenn Tipton, hello? ”, Lynch stated. The possibility of joining Judas Priest comes from the departure of guitarist Glenn Tipton, due to Parkinson’s disease.

During this period, the producer of the current Priest record and musician Andy Sneap entered the Firepower Tour with the band during the past year, however, according to him, only to replace, with this, nothing has been confirmed, so far, about if he will stay in the group.

Bassist Ian Hill, however, has already expressed his satisfaction with the producer’s performance, and that the decision of which path to take is up to Sneap. Judas Priest rescheduled all their 50th anniversary world tour due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They would tour alongside progressive hard rock band Uriah Heep.
