The 200 best albums of the 80’s according to Pitchfork

Pitchfork, one of the most respected news vehicle since it was founded there in 1996 for long 22 years, has published another of its famous lists.

This time they chose consider the 200 best albums of the 80s, reworking a work they had already published in 2002.

Back then they made a post with the 100 best albums of the decade and today, in unveiling this new edition, they explained the huge differences of each one by saying that the original list “represents a limited editorial line from which we have moved away.
