Bryan Singer posts new photo from the set of Queen’s biopic

The director, Bryan Singer posted on his Instagram a new photo from the set of Queen’s biopic.

In addition to the excerpt from “We Are The Champions,” he wrote: “In fact, these first few weeks have been great! Thank you all.”

While Rami Malek plays the role of Freddie Mercury, Ben Hardy (X-Men: Apocalypse) will be Roger Taylor; Gwilym Lee (Jamestown) will be Brian May and Joseph Mazzello (The Social Network) will be John Deacon.

Production should begin between September and November. Bryan Singer will direct the feature and Brian May and Roger Taylor will be executive producers. The screenwriter will be Anthony McCarten, of The Theory of Everything and the premiere is scheduled for December 25, 2018.
