Who was the singer in each Kiss song: the complete guide

Kiss singers

When Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley, Paul Stanley and Peter Criss formed Kiss in 1973 they wanted to create the band that they always wanted to see. They wanted the best, so they tried to create the best and Kiss already said that their idea was to create something like “The Beatles on steroids”, with every member of the band singing a few tracks.

Kiss managed to do that on the classic formation since besides Gene and Paul, who were the main lead vocalists, Ace and Peter also were the singers in many tracks, although it took Frehley a few years to gain confidence and finally sing. In the following formations other members like Eric Carr, Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer also had their chance to sing.

But it is not always easy to identify who was the singer in every track Kiss recorded, so Rock and Roll Garage created a complete guide for you to know who was the lead vocalist in each Kiss song.

Rafael Polcaro: I'm a Brazilian journalist who always loved Classic Rock and Heavy Metal music. That passion inspired me to create Rock and Roll Garage over 6 years ago. Music has always been a part of my life, helping me through tough times and being a support to celebrate the good ones. When I became a journalist, I knew I wanted to write about my passions. After graduating in journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, I pursued a postgraduate degree in digital communication at the same institution. The studies and experience in the field helped me improve the website and always bring the best of classic rock to the world! MTB: 0021377/MG
