Fleetwood Mac performed on the Ellen show for the first time with their new line-up. There, the group played “The Chain” and “Gypsy” with Mike Campbell and Neil Finn.
The guitarists joined Fleetwood Mac in April of this year after Lindsey Buckingham was fired. Campbell, former Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, and Finn from Crowded House gave a taste of their chemistry on stage, standing next to Stevie Nicks.
In both songs, Nicks was accompanied by Finn on vocals, replacing the support previously offered by Buckingham. The news that he had left the band came just a month before they embarked for a North American tour.
