The website Consequence of Sound has compiled a list of what it considers to be the best albums of the year in the field of heavy rock and heavy metal.
Of the top 10 are well-known names, such as veterans Judas Priest, Deafheaven, Voivod and Behemoth.
The list is headed by “Our Raw Heart”, album of the Americans Yob, described as possessing “a serene and almost edifying quality that was never present” in the works of the band.
