The video was recorded at 2019’s Rock In Rio.
Derrick Green, the band’s vocalist, talked about the work:
“The experience in the studio was unlike anything. I felt that preparation was the key to making this process as smooth as possible. We were giving our best every day until we reached the complete exhaustion of mind, body and soul. This disc is a direct result of the sign of the times. Music is a necessary evolution to push ourselves to go further than we had already gone.”
Andreas Kisser talked about the album in a press statement:
“We all come from different “Quadras” – countries and nations with their borders and traditions, culture, religions, laws, education and a set of rules where life happens. Our personalities, beliefs, way of life, the building of societies and relationships… all depend on this set of rules with which we grow. These are concepts of creation, gods, death and ethics”
The cover, which you can see below, was created by Christiano Menezes with executive production by Marcos Hermes. The album was produced by Jens Bogren, who also worked at Machine Messiah.
