Ozzy Osbourne says he doesn’t like to work with Tony Iommi

Recently, Ozzy Osbourne revealed not having fun during the farewell tour of Black Sabbath. Now the musician has returned to talk about his time in the band, confessing he does not like working with legendary guitarist Tony Iommi.

In an interview with The Times, Ozzy said that Iommi was essential in the band: “If I like to work with him? Not really. I like him as a person? Yes, I love him as a person. But if anyone asks me if there was a Black Sabbath leader. I’d have to say it was Tony Iommi, because without his guitar riffs we’d still be sitting in a rehearsal with our thumbs tucked into our asses saying, ‘What do we do now?’ ”

The singer further compared his relationship with Black Sabbath with a courtship, saying he has fond memories of the group, but that on his return, he remembered all the bad situations they had together.

Ozzy is currently on a farewell tour.
