The “Keyboard Cat”, Bento dies at age nine

Bento, the keyboard cat

Bento, the kitten who illustrated such fun videos as the “Keyboard Cat”, died at the age of nine.

The information is from The Spokesman-Review, via Consequence Of Sound, which further says that the feline celebrity still shared an entrepreneur with other important “branch” names such as the Grumpy Cat.

It is worth mentioning that Bento was not the original Cat of the Keyboard Cat, since it belonged to Fatso, a cat of the same owner, Charlie Schmidt.

She died in 1989 decades before her videos viralizaren in 2007 and inspire new videos in the same style created with Bento, who even got to participate in commercials and give good money to their owners.
