Judas Priest announce new tour dates with Saxon and Uriah Heep

Judas Priest recently announced the Metal Masters 2024 tour with special guests Saxon and Uriah Heep.

At first the three bands would tour together only in the United Kingdom but now the shows were extended for Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy (In this show Uriah Heep will be replaced by Phil Campbell and The Bastard Sons).

Judas Priest is currently recording a new album, the follow-up to “Firepower”, released in 2018. The band is currently formed by Rob Halford (Vocals), Ian Hill (Bass), Scott Travis (Drums), Richie Faulkner (Guitar), Glenn Tipton (Guitar – Doesn’t tour with the band anymore) and Andy Sneap (Touring guitarist and producer).

About the shows, the band had said: “Judas Priest are excited to announce our first 2024 shows in the U.K. and Ireland – we are thrilled to start this World Tour in the renowned traditional homes of Heavy Metal and can’t wait to see our amazing family of Priest maniacs!” The band said in an official statement.

Saxon  recently announced Diamond Head’s guitarist Brian Tatler will be their new touring guitarist replacing Paul Quinn who continues to be an official member of the band but decided to retire from touring.
