Ozzy Osbourne’s youngest son Jack Osbourne (40) and his wife Aree Gearhart (34) revealed the arrival of their second baby together, whom he named after his father. In a social media post, he revealed that she is called Ozzy Matilda Osbourne, as a tribute to her grandfather, who passed away in 2025 at the age of 76.
The photo shows her with an Ozzy bat plush beside her. According to Jack, his father learned about the pregnancy before he passed away. Their first daughter, Maple Artemis Osbourne, was born in July 2022. Jack is also the father of three daughters from his previous relationship with Lisa Stelly. They are Pearl Clementine Osbourne (13), Andy Rose Osbourne (10) and Minnie Theodora Osbourne (7).
Ozzy Osbourne’s death
The legendary Black Sabbath vocalist Ozzy Osbourne passed away at the age of 76 on July 22, 2025. The entire Metal and Rock community was shocked, especially since just a few weeks before he had performed so well with his bandmates at their final show in Birmingham, England. The final show, “Back to the Beginning” happened only a few weeks ago, July 5, at the Villa Park in Birmingham, the band’s hometown.
Ozzy’s funeral service was held on July 31, right after Ozzy’s procession, which was livestreamed to the entire world. During the procession, the family stopped at the Black Sabbath Bridge in Birmingham to thank fans for their support and to give them a chance to say one final goodbye to the Sabbath frontman. The hearse also passed by his childhood home, where fans had left many messages and flowers.
According to The Sun, about 110 people attended Ozzy’s private funeral and among those were Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Bill Ward, James Hetfield, Elton John, Zakk Wylde, Rob Zombie, Marylin Manson, Yungblud.
