Iron Maiden takes legal procedures against the piracy of his brand

Trademarks & Brands Online specialized in copyright, has announced that Iron Maiden filed suit against online stores that sell products of the band without rights.

The lawsuit filed on January 23 in the state of Illinois testifies that counterfeiters are taking advantage of the band’s name, reputation, reputation and image, and are in breach of various US trademark laws.

Iron Maiden has its official online store and according to the band, other stores that do not have the rights acquired are designed to look like an authorized and genuine dealer of Iron Maiden products.

The band is asking for a $ 2 million home reimbursement or transfer of all proceeds from these operations.
