The first supergroup in rock history, Cream, composed by Jack Bruce (Bass and vocals), Ginger Baker (Drums) and Eric Clapton (Guitar and vocals), made just 4 albums which changed the course of rock and roll in the coming years and until today is an influence to musicians around the world.
In the middle of so many great songs like “Sunshine Of Your Love”, “White Room” and “Strange Brew”, many great songs were overshadowed. One of them is “I’m So Glad”, from the album Fresh Cream (1966), a Delta blues-style song originally recorded by american musician Skip James in 1931. Cream updated the song, using a blues rock arrangement.
