This past weekend the Best Of Blues And Rock Festival happened in São Paulo, Brazil with a line-up that had Buddy Guy, Steve Vai, Tom Morello, Extreme and more.
On the friday, Jun 2, during Tom Morello‘s performance the Extreme members Gary Cherone and Nuno Bettencourt joined the guitarist to perform the classic Audioslave song “Cochise”.
The song is the first track of Audioslave’s self-titled debut album released in 2002. The supergroup was formed by the late Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell and the Rage Against The Machine members Tom Morello (Guitar) , Tim Commerford (Bass) and Brad Wilk (Drums).
Watch Extreme performing Audioslave’s “Cochise” with Tom Morello:
Tom Morello is currently on solo tour promoting his most recent solo albums “The Atlas Underground Fire” and “The Atlas Underground Flood”, both released in 2021.
