Bruce Dickinson announces new solo album and tour dates

The legendary Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson announced “The Mandrake Project”, sixth solo studio album. He also revealed the first tour dates to promote the album in 2024, that will happen next April and September in Mexico and Brazil. The official statement that new dates will be revealed soon.

The most recent Dickinson album was “Tyranny Of Souls”, released in 2005, and this time he will be reunited again with his longtime collaborator Roy Z.

“This album has been a very personal journey for me and I am extremely proud of it. Roy Z and I have been planning, writing and recording it for years, and I am very excited for people to finally hear it. I’m even more excited at the prospect of getting out on the road with this amazing band that we have put together, to be able to bring it to life.”

“We’re planning to play as many shows as we can in as many places as possible, for as many people as we can! As for what ‘The Mandrake Project’ actually is… all will be revealed soon!” Bruce Dickinson said.

Dickinson’s solo career started in 1990 when he still was a member of Iron Maiden, releasing the praised album “Tattooed Millionaire”. The singer really focused on his solo career after he left the British Metal band in 1993. During that time he released “Balls To Picasso” (1994), “Skunkworks” (1996), “Accident of Birth” (1997) and “The Chemical Wedding” (1998). He returned to Iron Maiden in 1999 and the only solo album he released since then was “Tyranny Of Souls” in 2005.
