The guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan rejoined Guns N' Roses back in 2016 and since then the band released a few singles which are songs that weren't used on the 2008 album "Chinese Democracy" that only had Axl Rose as the original member in the line-up. Called "Perhaps", the new track the song was already performed live by the band that is currently touring in the United States.
