The Scottish band Simple Minds announced the "Alive & Kicking" tour with special guests Soft Cell and Modern English. The bands will perform in the United States next May and June. Besides "Alive and Kicking", other hits by the Simple Minds are "Don't You (Forget About Me)", "Belfast Child" and "Someone Somewhere (In Summertime). The group still has the original members Jim Kerr (Vocals) and Charlie Burchill (Guitar, keyboards, saxophone and more). The opening act Soft Cell is known for songs like "Tainted Love", "Where Did Our Love Go?" and "Say Hello, Wave Goodbye". Modern English has famous tracks like "I Melt With You", "Someone's Calling" and "Hands Across the Sea".
