He was part of the Hard Rock band for more than four decades and started a legal battle with his ex-bandmates this year following the announcement of his retirement, due to his battle with ankylosing spondylitis. He wanted to only stop touring and to continue as an official member of the band, what didn’t happen and he was replaced by John 5. The guitarist was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, United States back in 1951 and is 72.
