"I called him the day he died. I knew he was dying. He didn’t even know it was me. I had to say to him, 'It's Ozzy, Lem.' I said, 'Lemmy, please stay put, I'm coming.' "I told Sharon, 'Fuck you, get in the car, let's go to his apartment.' And as we were leaving, she came to me and said, 'Don’t worry, he's gone.' It sank me.
