Judas Priest bassist Ian Hill revealed during an interview with Riff Magazine that there are no plans to invite former guitarist and co-founder Ken "K.K." Downing back. In 2011, when Downing left the group, Richie Faulkner came in his place and according to Hill, he is an important part of Judas Priest. "He's amazing and turned Ken's work into leaving him with no bandwidth ... I mean, it's not cool to say it's never going to happen, but today we don’t see it happening." In addition to K.K., Glenn Tipton also left the band after his Parkinson's disease worsened, but the guitarist still plays with the group when he can. Andy Sneap, longtime producer of Judas Priest, currently replaces him.
