Alice In Chains announce new 2023 tour dates

Alice in Chains already had scheduled dates for 2023 as Guns N’ Roses’ opening act but now the Grunge band also announced headlining dates. “We’re excited to add some special headline dates while we’re out with Guns N’ Roses this fall,” they said in an official statement.

The band is currently formed by Jerry Cantrell (Guitar – Since 1987), Sean Kinney (Drums – Since 1987), Mike Inex (Bass – Since 1993) and William DuVall (Vocals and guitar – Since 2006).

Formed in Seattle, Washington back in 1987, Alice In Chains released 6 studio albums over the decades, the last three ones: “Black Gives Way to Blue” (2009), “The Devil ut Dinosaurs Here” (2013) and “Rainier Frog” (2018) with the singer William DuVall, who replaced the late Layne Staley when the band reformed back in 2006.

Staley died at the age of 34 back in 2002 victim of an overdose.
