Alice Cooper delivers 200 hearing aids to needy people in Brazil

For the third time in Brazil, Starkey, the American hearing aid company, brings the mission of the Starkey Hearing Foundation together with the hope of improving lives. The rock icon, Alice Cooper, delivered approximately 200 hearing aids for children, adults and seniors of low income in the city of Rio de Janeiro on September 21.

The singer, songwriter and american actor is in Brazil to perform at the Rock In Rio and several other cities.

Alice Cooper said: “I’m so proud of my band and tour family for spending their afternoon before our show at #RockinRio helping to giveback with @starkeycares! We’re giving the gift of hearing to people in #Rio today. It is always a pleasure to work with #Starkey! Many of the people fitted with hearing aids today have never heard anything, and experiencing their elation when they hear sounds for the first time is something I’m so happy to share”.

Rafael Polcaro: I'm a Brazilian journalist who always loved Classic Rock and Heavy Metal music. That passion inspired me to create Rock and Roll Garage over 6 years ago. Music has always been a part of my life, helping me through tough times and being a support to celebrate the good ones. When I became a journalist, I knew I wanted to write about my passions. After graduating in journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, I pursued a postgraduate degree in digital communication at the same institution. The studies and experience in the field helped me improve the website and always bring the best of classic rock to the world! MTB: 0021377/MG
