Chilli Peppers pays tribute to Tom Petty playing “A Face In The Crowd”

Red Hot Chilli Peppers played Tom Petty’s “A Face In The Crowd” on their show in Texas. When presenting the cover of “What Is Soul?” From Funkadelic, the band dedicated the track to the late musician.

Then they played another cover but this time from Tom Petty himself, the track is from the singer’s first solo album, Full Moon Fever. The song was played by guitarist Josh Klinghoffer.
