Bon Jovi performs acoustic version of “It’s My Life” for charity

Bon Jovi released on their official YouTube channel an intimate and virtual version of the classic “It’s My Life”. The band’s musicians recorded their respective appearances directly from their homes and created a surprising version of that success. The version was made for a campaign on behalf of The Robin Hood Relief, a New York charity that struggles in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tour cancellation and help during pandemic

Jon Bon Jovi is being extremely helpful during this Covid-19 pandemic. The singer already sang for kindergarten students during a virtual class, washed dishes and appeared in many charity virtual festivals.

He also announced the cancellation of the band’s 2020 tour to help fans get their money back soon as possible:

“Due to the ongoing global pandemic, it is no longer feasible for Bon Jovi to tour this summer. Given these difficult times, we have made the decision to cancel the tour entirely. This will enable ticket holders to get refunds to help pay their bills or buy groceries. These are trying times.”“You’ve always been there for us and we’ll always be there for you. We look forward to seeing everyone again on tour when we can all safely be together. We will continue to send out news and updates on Bon Jovi touring in the weeks and months to come.”
