80’s Hard Rock band Autograph releases new song “Souls On Fire”

The 80s Hard Rock band Autograph, famous for the hit “Turn Up The Radio” released a new song called “Souls On Fire”. The proceeds of the single will be donated for Trinity Health Of New England. Organization that helps front line nurses and health-care workers, helping to buy PPE. Also more medical essentials.

The band is formed by: Simon Daniels (Vocals and guitar since 2013) and Randy Rand (Bass – 1983–1989, 2013 and now). Also Marc Wieland (Drums since 2014) and Jimi Bell (Guitar since 2019).

Vocalist Simond Daniels said about the single:

Each of us is grateful for the commitment nurses provide across our nation. It is through their dedicated efforts, our loved ones affected with coronavirus are cared for and cured. Being able to be reunited with their families.”

“It is in this spirit, that we invite you to download our newest release, ‘Souls On Fire’. A portion of the proceeds will go to Trinity Health of NE to help reduce the suffering caused by this pandemic.”

The band

Autograph originally began in late 1983 as a solo project for singer, songwriter and guitarist Steve Plunkett. That before the band, he left another one called Silver Condor. Plunkett was playing and recording his own material with a group of his musician friends. Most of whom had previously played with him in other bands. Plunkett chose the name “Autograph” for the band.
